As a Café Host at Leksand Sommarland, you become part of the wonderful summer atmosphere where the scent of freshly made waffles, soft ice cream, and freshly brewed coffee meets happy guests of all ages. Here, you work in a fast-paced environment where the tempo is sometimes high and the queues are long, but together with your team, you keep the energy up, collaborate closely, and deliver top-notch service.

Main Responsibilities

• Cash handling and guest service

• Serve soft ice cream, scooped ice cream, coffee, and other products

• Handle waffle irons

• Front products and keep the kiosk well-stocked and inviting

• Actively work with upselling

• Cleaning, tidying, and dishwashing

• Contribute to strong collaboration and a good atmosphere in the team

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and greets every guest with a warm smile. You are service-oriented, efficient, and can easily maintain focus even when the queues are long. Collaborating closely with colleagues comes naturally to you, and you gladly contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team. You are meticulous, flexible, and comfortable taking responsibility for cash handling, product preparation, and keeping the workplace clean and inviting. You see upselling as a natural part of good service, and you are happy to help guests find their new favorites. Since the position involves a lot of guest contact, you need to speak fluent Swedish and English. Previous experience from a kiosk and barista training is an advantage.

Working hours vary according to the kiosk's opening hours, so there will be work during the day, evenings, and weekends. The employment is a seasonal position of 50-100%, and the summer season runs from June to August. Salary and other conditions according to the collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna riksavtalet.

The amusement park Leksand Sommarland in Dalarna is a real adventure for families with children during the summer. Inside the gates, a wide range of activities and attractions await. Some of our most popular attractions are the Wipeout course in Siljan, Laser Tag, high ropes courses for big and small, and of course our Water Park with heated pools and winding water slides. Our 250 summer employees welcome up to 6000 guests per day.
